Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or visit our Returns Center with your order number and email address to start the process.
Pack the Rug
Carefully roll the rug and secure it in its original plastic sleeve or equivalent protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely tape it to the outside of the package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
